With a competitive salary range of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month, this position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in engineering, project management, or construction supervision.

Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation, supervision, and monitoring of assigned construction and development projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site challenges and conflicts promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry best practices, and local building codes.
- Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and professional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction supervision, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
