Responsibility
- Develop and review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications for residential projects, ensuring alignment with local regulations and client requirements.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to guarantee optimal performance.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with technical standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, budgets, and procurement plans for MEP components.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction, providing cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental sustainability best practices in all MEP-related activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on MEP deliverables and milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in residential or commercial construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design software for creating and reviewing technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., SNI, PUIL).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient MEP systems (e.g., solar, water conservation).
- Contract-based role; willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali with occasional travel to project locations.
