Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of HVAC and data centre cooling projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and BOMs to ensure compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, ISO, etc.).
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to align project deliverables with business objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and commissioning tests to validate system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement energy-efficient and sustainable cooling solutions to reduce operational costs and carbon footprint.
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in data centre cooling (e.g., liquid cooling, AI-driven thermal management).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, MEP design, or data centre infrastructure.
- Proven track record in project management for large-scale cooling or mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for system design and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Experience with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) or thermal modeling tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
