Responsibility
- Lead and manage all auxiliary services, including facilities, maintenance, security, and janitorial operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure campus safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for auxiliary departments.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and service upgrades.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address operational risks or inefficiencies.
- Train and supervise auxiliary staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative leaders to align auxiliary services with institutional goals.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and response protocols are in place and regularly updated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance protocols, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize resource allocation.
- Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
- Commitment to sustainability and innovative solutions in campus operations.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
