Responsibility
- Lead and manage multi-branch elevator and escalator service operations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and modernization of elevator and escalator systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Empower and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce downtime, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations in all service activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in elevator technology are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in elevator and escalator maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving revenue growth targets.
- In-depth knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and modernization techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., ASME, EN 81, local codes).
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools for tracking service performance and operational metrics.
- Willingness to travel across Bali branches and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
