Responsibility
- Oversee the deployment, calibration, and maintenance of survey systems and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Manage all technical operations in office and field settings, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance on best practices, safety protocols, and technical problem-solving.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and office infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with project managers to align technical resources with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure office premises upkeep, including IT systems, security, and facility management.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance survey accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical management, survey systems, or field operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in survey equipment (e.g., GPS, LiDAR, total stations) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, survey data processing tools).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in field operations.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to field sites as needed and work flexible hours to support project demands.
