Responsibility
- Lead EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
- Oversee quality control and assurance to meet technical specifications.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management within solar, renewable energy, or power sectors.
- Proven track record of managing EPCC projects in the energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
