Responsibility
- Assist in designing and testing mechanical components for semiconductor equipment using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Support thermal analysis and heat dissipation solutions for high-precision machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on laboratory and production equipment.
- Document technical specifications, test results, and process improvements.
- Participate in prototype development and feasibility studies for new engineering solutions.
- Adhere to industry safety standards and quality control protocols in all tasks.
- Present findings and progress updates in team meetings and technical reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with engineering fundamentals: thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
