Responsibility
- Lead the full project lifecycle of Large Scale Solar (LSS) PV projects from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through commissioning and grid interconnection, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and O&M teams to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies, utilities, landowners, and investors to secure permits, approvals, and interconnection agreements.
- Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and ROI analysis, and report progress to senior management and investors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols (e.g., PLN, MEMR, ISO, OSHA).
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, leveraging lessons learned and best practices from past LSS deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Large Scale Solar (LSS) or renewable energy projects.
- Proven track record of managing utility-scale solar projects (50MW+) from development to commercial operation.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technology, grid interconnection, and energy storage systems.
- Experience with contract negotiation, procurement, and vendor management for EPC and O&M services.
- Familiarity with Indonesian energy regulations, PLN interconnection processes, and local permitting is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial modeling tools.
