As an HSE Supervisor, you will oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with local and international standards. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels to promote a safety-first culture.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including near-misses, accidents, and environmental impact, to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and project planning.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of safety equipment, PPE, and emergency response systems.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, regulations, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA 30/40 are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (e.g., Permenaker, PP 50/2012) and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE audits.
- Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali with occasional travel to other locations.
