Responsibility
- Design and analyze steel and concrete structures using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to optimize structural solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
- Perform load calculations, stress analysis, and material selection for cost-effective and durable designs.
- Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design for steel and concrete buildings.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and CAD tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes (SNI) and international standards (ACI, AISC).
- Proven track record of managing projects from conceptual design to completion.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian for client and team coordination.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
