Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital learning platforms, ensuring scalability and user-centric design.
- Manage a team of software engineers, developers, and UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, ML, cloud computing) to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Implement robust security measures and compliance standards to protect user data and platform integrity.
- Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital learning and edtech to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Proven expertise in digital learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), or edtech solutions.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for driving innovation in digital education.
