Responsibility
- Lead technical reviews of Civil & Structural designs, ensuring compliance with local and international codes (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocode).
- Spearhead value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs, materials, and construction methodologies without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Develop and implement constructability assessments to enhance project feasibility and reduce on-site risks.
- Oversee BIM (Building Information Modeling) integration for clash detection, 3D visualization, and collaborative project planning.
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and sustainable construction practices.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil & Structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role for large-scale construction projects.
- Proven expertise in reinforced concrete, steel structures, geotechnical engineering, and foundation design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro and other industry-standard software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and cost estimation techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
