This is a unique opportunity to lead the design, development, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for high-impact developments across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other prime locations in Bali.
As an MEP expert, you will collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technical systems, compliance with local and international standards, and the delivery of sustainable, efficient solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for construction projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications for MEP installations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to verify adherence to designs, budgets, and timelines.
- Perform load calculations, energy efficiency assessments, and system optimization to enhance sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction, providing innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality MEP materials and equipment within budget constraints.
- Ensure all MEP systems meet safety, environmental, and performance standards before handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role for construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software; familiarity with ETAP, HAP, or PipeFlow is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IBC).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Certifications in LEED, Green Building, or Project Management (PMP) are highly desirable.
