Responsibility
- Design and develop photovoltaic (PV) systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and compliance certificates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards in renewable energy.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PV system design, installation, or maintenance (minimum 3 years for mid-level roles).
- Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies, including inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software, PV design tools (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD), and simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local and international standards for solar energy systems (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and other regions as needed.
