Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission semiconductor inspection and metrology equipment at customer sites with precision and efficiency.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing timely solutions to meet client SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and customer support, to address complex system challenges.
- Conduct equipment training for end-users, ensuring safe and effective operation.
- Document all service activities, including reports, logs, and customer feedback, in compliance with company standards.
- Stay updated on emerging semiconductor technologies and industry best practices through continuous learning.
- Travel to client locations across Bali and potentially other regions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, inspection tools, or cleanroom environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%) to client sites in Bali and beyond.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety protocols, or equipment certification is beneficial.
