Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Design and conduct experiments to test new processes or modifications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on process performance and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations in all process-related activities.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new process implementations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production optimization.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Process Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields is a plus.
