Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of air conditioning systems and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in maintenance operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports, logs, and documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff and other departments as needed.
- Collaborate with facility management to develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, with a focus on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
