Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections of all property facilities, equipment, and building systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices within the property.
- Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
