Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, etc.) for M&E projects in compliance with local and international standards (e.g., SNI, IEC, NFPA).
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical designs into comprehensive project plans.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and load calculations to ensure technical and commercial viability.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs using AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP.
- Oversee project execution, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction, providing on-site support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, energy efficiency standards, and environmental sustainability best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E design and project delivery, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or consulting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux for electrical design and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (SNI) and international standards (IEC, NEC, etc.).
- Experience with power distribution systems, lighting design, fire safety systems, and renewable energy integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
