Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Support the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budgets.
- Conduct site visits (when required) to verify progress and address any technical or logistical issues.
- Assist in risk assessment and problem-solving to mitigate project delays or cost overruns.
- Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to draft designs and analyze project data.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in project assistance, engineering support, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, or power distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
