Responsibility
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Perform clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve conflicts between disciplines before construction.
- Generate and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to project standards and client requirements.
- Create construction drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models to support project teams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM workflows and improve project delivery.
- Conduct 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) BIM simulations to optimize project timelines and budgets.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to enhance workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a BIM Specialist, Modeler, or Coordinator in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industries.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360; familiarity with ArchiCAD or Tekla is a plus.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, or local regulations) and model collaboration protocols.
- Experience with clash detection, 4D/5D BIM, and generating construction documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing BIM projects (e.g., models, renderings, or coordination reports) is highly desirable.
