Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automation projects using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing to validate design concepts.
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, durability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues during the development and implementation phases.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and mechanical engineering.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in mechanical design, preferably in automation or industrial systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with automation systems, robotics, or industrial machinery is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts effectively.
