Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects for GAMA Foods' poultry processing and distribution facilities in Bali.
- Oversee site development, including grading, drainage, roadways, and utility systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to secure permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for facility expansions, renovations, and maintenance to support operational efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with GAMA's long-term business goals.
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in agri-infrastructure and sustainable engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven track record in designing and managing infrastructure projects, preferably in the agricultural, food processing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and managing cross-functional teams.
