Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Schindler elevator and escalator systems under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime in high-traffic facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project installations and upgrades in commercial and residential buildings.
- Document maintenance activities, service reports, and technical findings using Schindlerâs digital tools and systems.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (graduating in 2025 or 2026).
- Strong foundation in technical concepts, with a passion for hands-on problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, or automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including on-site assignments across Bali.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Prior internship or project experience in technical maintenance or engineering is desirable.
