Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the maintenance and engineering team to ensure efficient operation of all facility equipment and machinery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of processing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and align them with operational schedules.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure adherence to local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, OSHA).
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, budgets, and key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CMRP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in food processing, manufacturing, or seafood industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians and engineers.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, CMMS software, and industrial automation (PLC, SCADA).
- Familiarity with safety protocols, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards in a food production environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional overtime or on-call duties.
