Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other modern technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Own the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex and LWC.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, mentoring developers and driving technical strategy.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools is a plus.
