Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business intelligence needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of information systems and databases.
- Generate executive-level reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning) to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of data initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data management, business intelligence, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
