Responsibility
- Provide daily IT infrastructure and operations support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Manage and maintain systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals.
- Oversee IT Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user inquiries and technical problems.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable IT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and IT staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of systems software, networks, and server management.
- Experience with IT Helpdesk operations and end-user support.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
