Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate banking processes, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency in corporate banking workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points and translate requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Optimize existing automation workflows, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, enabling seamless adoption of new automation tools and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Power Platform applications, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for Power Platform implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Power Platform Developer/Engineer, with a strong portfolio of automation solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or fintech is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365) and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar are a strong plus.
