Responsibility
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and business cases.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new systems or processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Change Manager, or similar role.
- Proven expertise in process modeling, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Strong proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio for documentation and workflow management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive change.
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies and familiarity with IT systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
