Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software systems and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical requirements.
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.
- Optimize system performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Drive technical decision-making and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
