Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of data visualization, automation, and AI specialists to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Design and implement scalable BI and automation strategies to enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain N8N workflows and other automation tools to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI and automation initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, automation, and BI to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in BI, automation, and AI solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and automation platforms (e.g., N8N, Zapier).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Certifications in BI, automation, or AI are a plus.
