Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT project management, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all IT initiatives.
- Drive digital transformation by implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and reports.
- Optimize resource allocation and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
