Responsibility
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services.
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems.
- Assist in the deployment of new software, updates, and security patches across the organization.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Technician, Help Desk Support, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with networking (LAN/WAN), TCP/IP, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and basic server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
