Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered lending systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in credit assessment.
- Oversee the IT application support for lending platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into existing banking infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, optimizing system performance for scalability and reliability.
- Develop and implement automated monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and address issues.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and support staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in AI and financial services.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing system metrics, user feedback, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies, including frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong background in IT application support, particularly for financial or lending systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
