Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers (Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new network solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement cybersecurity best practices to protect against threats.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document network architectures, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, administration, or support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, and VLANs.
- Experience with Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper JNCIA, or equivalent certifications is a plus.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
