Responsibility
- Conduct technical security audits of IT infrastructure, applications, and networks across global Würth entities.
- Identify and assess vulnerabilities, threats, and risks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit).
- Develop and present detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with international security standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR) and internal policies.
- Perform penetration testing and ethical hacking to evaluate system defenses.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security controls and best practices.
- Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and advise on proactive measures.
- Support incident response and forensic investigations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT security auditing, risk assessment, or penetration testing.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ITIL) and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., Wireshark, Snort, SIEM solutions).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for on-site audits.
