Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings and 3D models in Rhino 3D for custom furniture projects, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with designers and architects to translate conceptual designs into production-ready plans.
- Optimize material usage and production processes to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from production teams and clients.
- Ensure all technical documentation adheres to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Troubleshoot design challenges and propose innovative solutions to meet project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings to provide technical insights and updates.
- Maintain organized digital files and archives for all projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Furniture Planner or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing Rhino 3D expertise.
- Proficiency in Rhino 3D and other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is essential.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and joinery techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with designers, architects, and production teams.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about design challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
