As a key member of our field operations team, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve residential network issues, ensuring our customers enjoy uninterrupted, high-speed internet services. Based in Bali’s most sought-after locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and technical advancement.
Responsibility
- Conduct on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting for residential internet and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain customer premises equipment (CPE) including routers, modems, and ONTs.
- Perform network performance tests and optimize connectivity for residential users.
- Document all service visits, issues resolved, and follow-up actions in the company’s ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the NOC (Network Operations Center) to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Educate customers on best practices for network usage, security, and device connectivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide timely and professional customer support during field visits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential troubleshooting within an ISP or telecom environment.
- Strong knowledge of broadband technologies (Fiber, DSL, GPON) and home networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN).
- Hands-on experience with CPE devices (routers, modems, switches) and diagnostic tools (ping, traceroute, speed tests).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned regions in Bali.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
