Responsibility
- Prepare and configure semiconductor devices for radiation effects testing according to established protocols.
- Assist in setting up and calibrating test equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-test inspections, documenting device conditions and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to analyze test data and generate reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, adhering to safety and quality control procedures.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the engineering team.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing processes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a testing, lab, or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices, circuits, or testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with radiation testing, ESD, or reliability testing is a plus.
