Responsibility
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and calibration of production machinery to prevent downtime.
- Follow strict quality control protocols to meet industry and company standards for semiconductor products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment status, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality assurance, to improve processes and efficiency.
- Assist in the setup, testing, and validation of new production lines or equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or precision engineering sectors.
- Hands-on experience with operating and maintaining industrial machinery (e.g., CNC, PECVD, etching, or lithography equipment).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision in high-stakes production.
- Ability to work shift patterns (including nights/weekends) as required by production schedules.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
