Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of palm oil milling, including fruit reception, sterilization, and kernel processing.
- Monitor and document production metrics, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support maintenance teams in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems within the mill.
- Participate in process optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of sustainable practices and environmental compliance initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing internship learnings and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and industrial safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with adherence to safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in agribusiness is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali for the duration of the internship.
