Responsibility
- Lead the structural design and analysis of complex projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., SNI, Eurocodes, ACI).
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications using software like ETABS, SAP2000, or Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to optimize designs for safety, cost, and constructability.
- Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to validate design assumptions and address on-site challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in structural design, with a focus on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools (e.g., Revit).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI).
- Experience with seismic design, foundation systems, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
