In this dynamic role, you will serve as the technical bridge between clients and engineering teams, ensuring seamless installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-performance lighting products. Based in the vibrant Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and product excellence.

Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for industrial lighting installations, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to lighting systems, controls, and electrical components.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to customize solutions for client-specific requirements.
- Conduct product training for clients, distributors, and internal staff on system operation and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and troubleshooting guides.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system audits to optimize performance and longevity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging lighting technologies to recommend improvements.
- Manage warranty claims and coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or a similar role within the lighting, electrical, or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of lighting systems (LED, HID, fluorescent), electrical wiring, and control systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) and interpreting technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local electrical codes) is a plus.
- Certifications in lighting design (e.g., LC, LEED) or electrical engineering are advantageous.
