In this critical role, you will install, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of biomedical devices, hospital beds, and diagnostic equipment to support hospitals and healthcare facilities. Your expertise will directly contribute to patient safety, operational efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality medical care.

Responsibility
- Install, configure, and test new biomedical equipment according to manufacturer specifications and hospital protocols.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety inspections on medical devices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in patient monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, hospital beds, and imaging systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide technical training on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly to minimize downtime of critical medical devices.
- Ensure all work adheres to ISO 13485, FDA, and local regulatory requirements for medical device safety.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in biomedical technology and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PCB repair, and medical device troubleshooting.
- Certification in Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7 standards, and hospital IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Denpasar, Badung, Kuta, Nusa Dua, etc.) as required.
