Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions.
- Conduct on-site and remote service visits to ensure optimal performance of client systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, reports, and training materials.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of engineering software and hardware.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application engineering, service engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
