Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain production line equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues on assembly lines promptly.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and operational metrics for reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all production activities.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs.
- Train and guide junior technicians on best practices and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Technician, Production Technician, or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery, PLC systems, and automation tools.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to dynamic production demands.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
