Responsibility
- Lead the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality and performance
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reliability
- Develop and maintain process documentation and specifications
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers
- Analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure material and equipment quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or product engineering
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, including lithography, etching, and deposition
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
- Familiarity with failure analysis techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
