Based in Bali’s vibrant business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement management systems and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company policies and goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose data-driven solutions.
- Assist in project management, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation.
- Conduct training sessions to onboard team members on new processes.
- Support sustainability initiatives in line with Tica Climate Solutions’ mission.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholder reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or management engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in business operations is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
